Notes
This pattern is worked in spirals. It can be easier if you mark the first or last stitch of each round to help
you keep counting rows.
The size of figure depends on the yarn gauge. I like to use double knitting weight (3: light) or worsted
weight (4: medium) yarns and 3,5mm or 4 mm crochet hooks, respectively. I think the figure reach an
ideal size. Feel free to use another kind of yarn but note some adjustment can take place.
Be creative and feel free to change details and colors. Do your own styled figure and have a fun.
How to do a magic ring (adjustable ring):
Step 1: Wrap yarn around fingers.
Step 2: Insert hook through loops and take the yarn underneath;
Step 3: Pull the yarn underneath through center.
Step 4: Yarn over and pull through loops.
How to do Sc2tog invisible decrease (amigurumi decrease):
Insert hook into front loops only (FLO) of next 2 stitches, yarn over, pull through 2 loops on hook, yarn
over, pull through final 2 loops on hook, counts as 1 single crochet (one loop remains).
How to do 3dc popcorn stitch:
Step 1: Yarn over, insert crochet hook in indicated stitch, yarn over and pull through 2 loops.
Step 2: Repeat step above 3 times, drop loop from hook, insert hook from front to back through top of
first stitch made, place dropped loop on hook and pull through stitch, chain 1.
How to do 3dc bobble stitch:
Step 1: Yarn over and insert hook into the next sc. Yarn over again and pull up a loop. Yarn over again
and pull through 2 loops. This will leave one loop of the sc still on hook (2 loops on hook).
Step 2: Yarn over and insert hook into the same stitch. Yarn over again and pull up a loop (4 loops on
hook). Yarn over again and pull through 2 loops (2 loops on hook).
Step 3: Yarn over again and pull through 2 loops (4 loops on hook). Yarn over and pull through all 4
loops on hook (one loop remains).
