A sweater with a golf collar is decorated with an interesting interpretation of the “cage” pattern, made in the jacquard technique, and embossed “braids”.

34/36 (38/40) 42/44
Yarn (100% wool; 120 m / 50 g) - 350 (400) 400 g black mottled, 250 (300) 300 g beige, 100 (150) 150 g white and dark brown, 50 g wine red; knitting needles No. 4 and 4,5; stocking knitting needles No. 4; hook number 3.5.

Front rows - front loops, wrong rows - wrong loops.

Alternately 1 persons., 2 out.
Knit in the jacquard technique with the front stitch: alternately 1 p. Beige, 1 p. Dark brown. The pattern is shifted in each row by 1 p.

Knit like a dot pattern A, but alternating white and dark brown threads.

1st and 2nd rows: facial smoothness.

3rd row: 8 points, cross to the right: 4 points, leave 4 persons on the auxiliary knitting needle at work, then knit the stitches from the auxiliary knitting needle.

From the 4th to the 6th rows: the front surface.

Repeat in height from 1st to 6th rows.

Krom., * 6 (8) 10 p. Out. smooth, 8 p. "braids", from * repeat 2 more times, finish 6 (8) 10 p. out. smooth, chrome.

Knit according to the pattern. In width by 24 p., Knit a pattern 1 time. In height from the 1st to the 10th p. perform 1 time, then repeat from the 3rd to the 10th row.

4 p. beige, black-brown mottled, white, black-brown mottled, dark brown, wine red = 24 p.

Knit according to the above pattern in jacquard technique with front stitch. The backrest is shown in the diagram in full.

In width 102 (114) 126 p. Between the arrows a (b) c at the lower edge, knit 1 time, with the first and last loops considered chrome.

In height, the number of rows indicated for each size is 1 time.

So that holes do not form in the knitted fabric when the color changes, at the end of the color strip after the 1st “braid”, cross the threads on the wrong side of the work.

24 p. X 30 p. = 10 x 10 cm, connected by a Scottish cage pattern;
26 p. X 29 p. = 10 x 10 cm, connected by a pattern of "braids";
28 p. X 32 p. = 9 x 10 cm, connected by a transverse “oblique” without edge loops.

First, knit the front and back, then separately the lower bar (all parts fit together, as usual, from the bottom up).

Stitch the stitch with the “Scythe” pattern in the transverse direction and sew between the lower bar and the upper part of the product.

On the knitting needles No. 4.5, dial 102 (114) 126 p. With black and brown melange thread and knit 4 p. facial smoothness with mottled, white and beige threads.

After 5 cm = 12 p. from the typesetting, continue the work with the Scottish cage pattern.

After 26 (25.5) 24 cm = 80 (76) 72 p. Perform armholes on both sides, as shown in the diagram = 78 (8) 98 p.

Perform the neck and shoulder bevels according to the diagram.

Knit like a back, but after 5 cm = 12 p. from the set of rows the pattern “Scottish cage” is performed symmetrically.

To do this, read the circuit from left to right, but cross the loops to the right.

The armholes should be executed as on the back = 90 (101) 112 p.

For a deeper neck (not shown in the diagram) through 43.5 cm = 130 p. middle 18 p. close and finish both sides separately.

To round the neck close from the inner edge in every 2 r. 1 time 3 p., 3 times 2 p. And 1 (2) 3 times 1 loop.
Type 50 (54) 58 p. On the knitting needles with beige thread and knit between the hem 9 cm = 26 p. with an elastic band, with 24 p. perform by changing the colors of the threads in the specified sequence, then perform 2 p. beige thread.

Continue the work with a black-brown melange thread, starting with izn. row, at the same time add 0 (4) 8 p. = 50 (58) 66 p.

evenly .  Go to the knitting needles No. 4,5 and knit with a pattern of "braids".

In 3 (7) 7th p. from gum add 1 p. on both sides, then in each 12th p. (9 times in each 10th p.) 10 times alternately in each 8th and 10th p. 8 times for 1 p., The added loops should be included in the pattern of "braids" = 68 (78) 88 p.

After 37 cm = 108 p. from gum close on both sides for okat 1 time for 3 p., then in each 2 r. 1 time for 2 points, 18 times for 1 point and 2 times for 2 (3) 4 points = 14 (20) 26 points.

Close the remaining loops with the front ones.

On knitting needles No. 4, dial 102 (114) 126 p. Knit between the edge 9 cm = 27 p. with an elastic band, with 24 p. perform by changing the colors of the threads in the specified sequence, then knit 3 p. beige thread. In the next out. close all the loops with beige seamy thread. Mark the middle of the edge with closed loops.

Knit in the transverse direction (beginning = line of the right side seam).

Knitting pattern is indicated by an arrow in the pattern.

With knitting needles No. 4, dial 3 points and 24 points with beige thread with black-brown melange thread and knit, distributing the patterns in the following sequence: chrome., 2 point faces. smooth surface, 24 p. double “braids”, 3 p. out. smooth, chrome.

Each colored section is knitted from a separate ball. To prevent holes from forming in the knitted fabric when changing colors, cross the threads on the wrong side of the work.

After 86 (96) 106 cm = 274 (306) 338 p. from the set of rows, close all loops according to the figure with a thread acc. colors.

Mark the middle of both longitudinal edges (= line of the left side seam).
On the front and back of the looped columns indicated by double arrows in the diagram, lay vertical rows of joints with wine red thread. columns - 1 conn. Art. after 2 p. (the thread goes from the bottom).

Perform shoulder seams.

On the knitting needles, dial along the edge of the neck with a beige thread 104 (112) 120 p. And knit for the collar golf 24 cm = 76 p. rubber band, changing the colors of the threads in the specified sequence. Then loops freely closed with beige thread according to the picture.

Sew sleeves into open armholes. Make side seams and sleeve seams.

Sew the seam into the ring and sew from the right side seam along the left edge to the lower edge of the pullover (combine the marks!).

Sew the belt in a ring. Sew the belt slightly, sew to the right edge of the seam, aligning the seams and marks.
