KNITTING DENSITY
24 p. X 48 p. = 10 x 10 cm, knitted with a garter stitch on needles No. 4.

IMPORTANT!
to get the product acc. size, the density of your knitting should correspond to a given, primarily in width. Therefore, before starting work, you should knit a pattern: knit the specified number to complete the initial chain of 36 p. And knit 14 cm with a garter stitch. Then count the loops in the middle section of the fabricated sample 10 cm long: if there are more than 24 loops in this segment, change the needles to thicker ones, if less - to thinner ones.

If the instructions indicate only one number, then it applies to all sizes.

COMPLETING OF THE WORK

On a free working needle with a gray thread, dial 40 (44) 48 p., Transfer these loops to another working needle, adding to the working loops, and continue to knit strips for 80 (88) 96 p.

When from the lower gray strip 67 (70) 73 gray stripes will be knitted, the next faces. in a row, close the middle 40 (44) 48 p. necks and cut off the light gray thread.

Each side should be finished separately, while continuing the pattern of stripes.

To round out the cutout in each face. in a row to perform the reductions: knit to the last 4 stitches on the knitting needle, 2 stitches, knit together the front knit with a tilt to the left, 2 faces.
