Terracotta-black leopard patterns seem to be written off from life! Variety in the spotty design of this sweater is made by the insert of the front of the intertwined braids.

YOU WILL NEED
Yarn (60% wool, 40% polyacryl; 90 m / 50 g) - 450 g of terracotta and 300 g of black; knitting needles No. 5 and 5.5; circular knitting needles No. 4,5 and 5,5; stocking knitting needles number 5.5.

FACE FACE The
front rows are the front loops, the wrong rows are the back loops.

JACQUARD PATTERN
The number of loops is a multiple of 24 + 10 + 2 chrome. Knit according to the counting scheme with the front stitch in the Norwegian technique from several balls, freely stretching the non-working thread on the wrong side of the work. The diagram shows the front and back rows. In width, start with chrome., Repeat rapport, end with loops after rapport and chrome. In height, repeat from the 1st to the 34th row.

PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK

BACK
On the knitting needles No. 5, dial with a terracotta thread 92 p. And between the chrome. knit for the bottom strap 5 cm = 14 p. plank pattern.

Go to the knitting needles No. 5.5 and continue working with terracotta thread with facial smoothness, while in the 1st p. evenly reduce 8 p. = on the knitting needles 84 p.

Next, knit with a jacquard pattern according to the counting pattern.

After 41 cm = 92 p. from the bottom plate close on both sides for armholes first 1 time for 2 p., then in each 2 r. 2 more times for 2 sts. and 2 times for 1 st. = on the needles of 68 sts.

After 59.5 cm = 134 p. close the middle 22 p. for the neckline and finish both sides separately.

To round the neck close from the inner edge in every 2 r. 1 time 3 p. And 1 time 2 p.

At the same time, after 60.5 cm = 136 p. close from the lower bar to the shoulder bevel first 1 time 6 p. and in the next 2 r. 1 more time 6 p.

After 62 cm = 140 p. close the remaining 6 points of the shoulder from the lower bar.

The second side finish symmetrically.

BEFORE
For knitting needles No. 5, dial 92 p. With terracotta thread and make the lower bar, as described for the back.

Then knit, distributing the pattern stitches, as follows: chrome., 15 stitches of the jacquard pattern (= first 15 stitches of the counting pattern), 56 stitches. a pattern of “braids” with terracotta thread, 15 p. jacquard pattern (= last 15 p. counted pattern), chrome.

Caution
Jacquard fragments are knitted using separate tangles of black yarn and when changing colors along the edge of the patterned strip of “braids”, cross on the wrong side of the work to avoid the formation of unwanted holes in the knitted fabric. Do not break the terracotta thread.

The armholes should be performed as on the back = on the needles 72 p.

After 52.5 cm = 118 p. from the lower bar close for the neck the middle 16 p. and for rounding the neck close from the inner edge in every 2 r. 1 time 3 p., 2 times 2 p. And 2 times 1 p.

Shoulder bevels, as on the back, but after 62 cm = 140 p. Close the 6 remaining shoulder loops from the bottom bar.

SLEEVE
On knitting needles No. 5 with black thread, dial 42 p. For each sleeve and knit for the strap between the chrome. 4 cm rubber band.

Go to the needles number 5.5 and perform 2 p. persons. smooth surface with terracotta thread, while in the 1st r. evenly add 7 p. = on the knitting needles of 49 p.

Continue the work with a jacquard pattern: start with chrome., repeat 1 time, finish with loops to the arrow and chrome.

After 15 cm = 34 p. on the both sides add 1 point for bevels on both sides first, then in each 10th r. 4 more times for 1 p., the added loops should be included in the pattern = on the needles 59 p.

After 43.5 cm = 98 p. close from the bar on both sides to form an okat, first 1 time for 3 p., then in each 2 r. 1 more time for 2 p. and 16 times for 1 p.

After 59.5 cm = 134 p. close the remaining 17 points from the plank.

ASSEMBLY
Perform shoulder seams.

For a bequette, put on circular knitting needles No. 5 with a terracotta thread along the edge of the neck 78 p. And knit in a circle 5 cm = 14 p. the pattern of the strap, while for a sharper border when changing colors 1 p. knit with a thread of a new color. Having finished the pattern of the strap, close the loops according to the pattern with terracotta thread.

Sew on sleeves. Make side seams and sleeve seams.
