Simple in work and warm, despite the short sleeves, the button-down cardigan is knitted into two threads of two types of yarn.

YOU WILL NEED
Yarn 1 (50% sheep’s wool, 25% viscose, 25% alpaca wool; 50 g / 110 m) - 7 (8) 9 (10) skeins of dark purple;
yarn 2 (70% mohair, 30% silk; 25 g / 210 m) - 4 (4) 5 (5) skeins of eggplant color; circular knitting needles No. 5.5 and 6 with a length of 80 cm; 8 buttons with a diameter of 23 mm.
 

ATTENTION!
The product is knitted in 2 threads (= 1 thread of both yarns).
 

PATTERNS
 

RUBBER
Knit alternately 2 out., 2 persons.
 

FACE FACE
In the front rows, knit the front loops, in the wrong rows - the wrong ones.
 

WRITTEN IRON
In the front rows, knit the back loops, in the back rows - the front ones.
 

KNITTING DENSITY
15 p. X 21 p. = 10 x 10 cm, knitted in 2 threads (= 1 thread of both yarns). 
 

COMPLETING OF THE WORK
 

BACK / SHELVES
Knit on circular knitting needles in rows in the forward and reverse directions. 

On circular knitting needles No. 5.5, put in 2 threads 156 (168) 180 (192) sts and knit with a rubber band for the lower bar, starting with chrome. and ending 2 out., chrome. After 11 (12) 13 (14) cm from the set, go to circular knitting needles No. 6 and continue the work of individuals. smooth surface, while in the 1st r. evenly reduce the loops to 135 (146) 157 (168) p.  Knit directly until the product is 49 (52) 55 (59) cm  long. SLEEVE
On circular knitting needles No. 5.5, put in 2 threads 66 (70) 70 (74) p. And knit with an elastic band, as described for the back / shelves. 

After 7 p. go to knitting needles number 6 and work to continue individuals. stitch.

Then close on both sides by 4 p. And temporarily leave the work. 

Knit the second sleeve the same way. 
 

YOKE
Loops of all parts should be transferred to one circular knitting needle number 6 in the following sequence: right shelf, sleeve, back, sleeve, left shelf. 

Knit 1 p. the front stitch, when switching from one part to another, knitting 2 p. together with the front = 231 (250) 261 (280) p. 

In the opposite direction, knit the loops on the wrong side and mark the middle loop on all 4 raglan lines.

ASSEMBLY

For circular knitting needles No. 5.5, dial 112 (116) 120 (124) p. = About 3 p. Out of every 4 p. Along the front edge of the left shelf; and knit with a rubber band the fastener as described for the lower back / shelves. Run 6 p. and in out. close the loop 

For the second fastener strip, similarly dial loops along the front edge of the right shelf and knit as described above, while in the 2nd out. R. make holes for buttons. 

For size S: knit 5 stitches, * close 1 st., Then between closed loops, knit alternately 13 stitches and 14 stitches *, from * to * repeat 7 times, close 1 st and knit a row to the end. 

For size M: knit 5 p., * Close 1 p., Between the closed loops, knit 14 p. *, From * to * repeat 7 times, close 1 p. And tie the row to the end. 

For size L: knit 5 p., * Close 1 p., Then between closed loops, knit alternately 14 and 15 p. *, From * to * repeat 7 times, close 1 p. And knit a row to the end. 

For size XL: knit 5 p., * Close 1 p., Between closed loops knit 15 p. *, From * to * repeat 7 times, close 1 p. And tie a number to the end. 

In the next row, instead of closed ones, dial new loops. Tie 2 more p. rubber band and loop close in out. a row according to the drawing. 

Sew buttons on the plank of the left shelf in appropriate places. Steam the finished product slightly.
