The first spring warmth - it's time to get a fashionable skirt out of the closet  . In the meantime, winter stands outside the window - it's time to knit such a skirt. Lace  skirts , as in the last season, do not slow down their popularity  this spring . 

The skirt has the shape of a bell and is fixed on the waist with an elastic tape. Lining or petticoat can be made of contrasting fabric color - a typical technique for the Mori style.
